Job Description
1) Hostel arrangement for students every intake
2) Ensure all facilities are in good condition
3) Ensure vacant rooms match the intake numbers
4) Submit student registration confirmation to Account Dept
5) Hostel maintenance
6) Fix maintenance issues within the given timeframe
7) Conduct monthly hostel inspections
8) Major inspections after each semester
9) Prepare and submit reports
10) Bill utilities and collect charges
11) Organize shuttle service schedule based on class timetable
12) Handle student hostel disciplinary with Student Affairs Exec
13) Process hostel deposit refunds
14) Manage Matric Card and clothing size records
15) Communicate with hostel owners or agents as required
16) Perform adhoc tasks assigned by Management
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: RM2,00.00 – RM2,500.00 per month
Schedule:
- Monday to Friday
