Job Description
Responsibility
- Greet guests warmly and assist with check-in and check-out.
- Respond promptly to inquiries via phone, message, email, and in-person.
- Efficiently resolve guest complaints to ensure satisfaction.
- Provide information about services, amenities, and local attractions.
- Coordinate with other departments for guest requests.
- Maintain accurate guest records and complete assigned tasks.
Required to be multilingual in Chinese, English, Malay, etc.
Job Types: Full-time, Internship, Fresh graduate
Pay: RM2,00.00 – RM3,500.00 per month
