Job Description
Location: Cyberjaya, Selangor, Malaysia
Are you a Japanese native with excellent language skills in English and Japanese? Explore a rewarding career in the Travel/Hospitality industry with us.
Work Schedule: 24/7, 9 hours/day (including one-hour break), Monday to Sunday (5 days/week with rotational week off)
Qualifications:
- High school with a minimum of 8 years of work experience
OR
- Freshers with no experience are welcome
OR
- Diploma/Graduate with six months of relevant customer service experience
Language Proficiency:
- English (B2 and above)
- Japanese (Native)
- Mandarin with GSK 5 or 6 from VIETNAM, CHINA, or THAILAND
Industry: Travel/Hospitality
