We are hiring a local Mandarin speaker for the role of Customer Service Chat Support in our E-commerce project.
Job Details:
- Position: Customer Service Chat Support (E-commerce Project)
- Salary: RM 2600 basic + RM 300 KPI allowance + RM 300 shift allowance
- Shift: Day shift (Between 8AM – 12AM, 8 hours login)
- Work Place: Cyberjaya, Selangor
- Job Type: Permanent
- Education: SPM & above can apply
- Experience: No experience required (Added advantage if you have Call Center Experience)
- Typing Speed: 35WPM required
- Project: E-commerce Project

About the Job:
– Job Role: Provide assistance to customers via calls, mails/chats, with order tracking, product information, and warranty claims.
– Benefits: 19 Annual Leaves, 11 Paid Holidays (Working on Public Holidays will entitle you to double pay), EPF, EIS, SOCSO, AIA Insurance Coverage, etc.
– Walk-in Drive Details: 10th January, Cyberjaya, Selangor, Face-to-face interview.
