Job Description
We are currently seeking a highly skilled and experienced Hire to Retire Services Expert to join our team. As a Hire to Retire Services Expert, your main responsibility will be to oversee and manage the entire employee lifecycle within our organization.
You will be responsible for attracting top talent through effective recruitment strategies, performing onboarding processes, and providing guidance and support to employees throughout their tenure with our company. Additionally, you will handle all employee performance evaluations, manage compensation and benefits, facilitate employee development programs, and handle employee offboarding and exit interviews.
The ideal candidate for this position should have a strong background in human resources and talent management. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills are essential, as you will be interacting with employees at all levels of the organization. You should also possess a high level of professionalism and be able to handle confidential information with discretion.
