Job Description
1) Respond to requests for technical assistance in person, via phone, electronically, and advise users on appropriate actions.
2) Follow standard help desk procedures.
3) Log all help desk interactions.
4) Administer help desk software.
5) Redirect problems to the correct resource.
6) Identify and escalate situations requiring urgent attention.
7) Track and route problems and requests, and document resolutions.
8) Prepare activity reports.
9) Inform management of recurring problems.
10) Stay current with system information, changes, and updates.
Job Type: Full-time
Salary: RM2,00.00 – RM2,500.00 per month
