Job Description
Location: Based at PJ, Kajang, Klang, Cheras
Type: Permanent
Salary: RM300 – RM4500
Working Days: Monday – Sunday (5 days working, 2 days off – rotate)
Working Hours: Mon-Sat 8:30 a.m – 6 p.m; Sun 10 a.m – 5 p.m
Job Responsibilities:
- Provide excellent service and manage complaints.
- Handle patient registration and appointments.
- Perform selective eye tests.
- Manage sales via Salesforce POS.
- Assist in marketing campaigns.
Requirements:
- SPM, Diploma, or Degree holder; 6 months customer service experience.
- Well-groomed, fast learner, able to travel.
