Job Description

Location: Kajang, Selangor

Salary: RM2,500 – RM3,00 Per Month

Qualifications

• 3-5 years of culinary experience, especially in Minang cuisine.
• Strong cooking skills and knowledge of Minang techniques.
• Strong leadership and team management skills.
• Creative in developing unique dishes.
• Excellent communication skills.
• Able to work under pressure.

Responsibilities

• Plan and prepare authentic Minang menus.
• Lead kitchen operations and stock control.
• Supervise Assistant Chefs and maintain hygiene standards.
