Job Description
QuessGlobal (Malaysia) Sdn Bhd invites you to join our team as a Ticketing/Live Chat Executive.
Position: Handling Ticketing Live Chat
Location: UOA Subang
Start Date: 18th September 2024
Contract Length: 12 months (renewable based on performance)
Responsibilities:
- Manage inbound inquiries, live chats, and emails
- Resolve customer complaints and feedback efficiently
Salary: RM2,200 – RM2,400 per month
Schedule: Fixed shift from 10 AM to 7:30 PM (1-hour break), Monday to Sunday (2 days off)
Requirements: STM/STPM preferred, Proficiency in English preferred.
