Job Description

Position: Guru Tadika

Main Responsibilities:

• Supervision of Daily Operations
  • Oversee daily activities and ensure safety compliance.
  • Teach and educate children.
• Staff Management
  • Guide teachers and conduct performance evaluations.
  • Plan work schedules and ensure adequate staffing.
• Curriculum Planning and Implementation
  • Collaborate with teachers on designing a holistic curriculum.
  • Ensure programs align with children’s developmental needs.
• Parent Communication
  • Maintain relationships and handle parental feedback effectively.
  • Resolve complaints professionally.
• Resource Management
  • Manage teaching materials efficiently.
  • Maintain a clean and safe environment.
• Reporting and Documentation
  • Prepare reports for management and maintain child records.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: RM1,600.00 – RM1,900.00 per month
