Job Description
As a Guest Services Agent, you will be the first point of contact for hotel guests, providing exceptional customer service and ensuring a pleasant stay. Your responsibilities include greeting guests, handling check-ins and check-outs, responding to inquiries, and resolving issues promptly.
You will also assist guests with recommendations for local attractions, restaurants, and amenities, as well as handling phone calls and reservations. Strong communication skills, attention to detail, and a friendly demeanor are essential for this role.
