Job Description
Requirements:
- Possess at least a Diploma in any related field.
- Must be a Malaysian citizen aged below 35 years old.
- Good communication skills in English and Bahasa Malaysia.
- Minimum 2 years of working experience in handling Guarantee Letter Issuance.
- Willingness to work on late shifts, weekends, and whenever required.
Job Responsibilities:
- Assess admission and discharge cases according to the insurance policy terms and conditions.
- Ensure all received documents are complete for issuing Guarantee Letters (GL).
- Issue GL for requests received via E-fax, dedicated email, and phone calls.
- Follow up with hospitals for incomplete documents or reports.
- Confirm receipt of Outpatient (OP) GL by calling hospitals.
- Follow up with the sender if received documents are incomplete.
- Demonstrate result-oriented approach, urgency, cooperativeness, and eagerness to ensure efficient teamwork and excellent client service.
- Respond to email inquiries related to admission and discharge.
