Job Description

Requirements:

  • Possess at least a Diploma in any related field.
  • Must be a Malaysian citizen aged below 35 years old.
  • Good communication skills in English and Bahasa Malaysia.
  • Minimum 2 years of working experience in handling Guarantee Letter Issuance.
  • Willingness to work on late shifts, weekends, and whenever required.

Job Responsibilities:

  • Assess admission and discharge cases according to the insurance policy terms and conditions.
  • Ensure all received documents are complete for issuing Guarantee Letters (GL).
  • Issue GL for requests received via E-fax, dedicated email, and phone calls.
  • Follow up with hospitals for incomplete documents or reports.
  • Confirm receipt of Outpatient (OP) GL by calling hospitals.
  • Follow up with the sender if received documents are incomplete.
  • Demonstrate result-oriented approach, urgency, cooperativeness, and eagerness to ensure efficient teamwork and excellent client service.
  • Respond to email inquiries related to admission and discharge.

RM2,00.00 – RM3,500.00 per month
