A leading FMCG manufacturer is seeking for a Group Key Account Manager to lead their LKA growth.
Key Responsibilities:
- Achieve channel growth through identifying new category opportunities.
- Collaborate with sales operation team to ensure sales targets are met across designated LKAs (MT).
- Conduct buyer reviews, market visits, and budget analysis to improve account performance.
- Analyze effectiveness of promotional activities and trade spend results.
- Prepare annual budget, promotion plan, and customer business plan with individual accounts.
Skills & Experience Required:
- Diploma or Bachelor’s Degree in Business Administration or similar.
- Minimum of 5 years of experience in a Key Account role within the FMCG industry (experience in Modern Trade will be an added advantage).
- Proven track record of account management and achieving sales targets.
- Fluent in English and Bahasa Malaysia (Mandarin/Cantonese will be advantageous).
