Job Description
Your Role:
- Develop and implement swimming training programs for individuals or groups.
- Instruct swimmers on proper techniques and safety protocols.
- Plan and conduct practices while adapting to swimmer’s abilities.
- Monitor sessions, offering constructive feedback.
- Ensure safety following facility rules and procedures.
About You:
- Freelance: Experience as a swim coach preferred or no experience, training provided.
- Strong communication skills and dedication.
- Flexible schedule including evenings/weekends.
