Job Description

We are currently seeking a skilled and dynamic Grants and Partnerships Manager to join our team at the International Rescue Committee. As the Grants and Partnerships Manager, your role will be crucial in developing and implementing strategies to secure funding and build long-term partnerships for our organization.

In this role, you will be responsible for researching and identifying potential funding opportunities, writing compelling grant proposals, and managing the grant application process. Additionally, you will play a vital role in cultivating relationships with potential partners, negotiating partnership agreements, and overseeing collaboration projects.

The ideal candidate for this position will have a strong background in grant writing and a proven track record in securing grants and building partnerships. Excellent communication and networking skills are a must, along with the ability to multitask and meet deadlines.
