Jawatan: Staff Nurse /Clinic Assistant (Klinik GP)
Gaji: RM 1,700 – RM 2,500 (bergantung pengalaman & kelayakan)
Status: Full-time
Fresh graduate nurse dialu-alukan memohon
Terbuka juga kepada Clinic Assistant (pengalaman ≥ 6 bulan) yang berminat berkembang dalam bidang nursing/klinik.
Ringkasan Jawatan
Kami sedang mencari Nurse/Clinic Assistant yang mesra pelanggan, cekap dan bertanggungjawab untuk menyokong operasi klinik harian.
Peranan ini menggabungkan tugas kejururawatan + clinic assistant bagi memastikan aliran kerja klinik lancar dan patient experience yang baik dari pendaftaran hingga rawatan.
Skop Kerja / Tanggungjawab Utama
A) Klinik & Patient Care (Nursing/Clinical Support)
Membantu doktor semasa konsultasi dan prosedur (ikut SOP klinik).
Mengambil dan merekod vital signs (BP, suhu, nadi, SpO₂, berat/tinggi) serta pemerhatian asas pesakit.
Menyediakan bilik rawatan dan peralatan klinikal sebelum/selepas penggunaan.
Melaksanakan prosedur klinikal yang dibenarkan mengikut kelayakan & latihan (contoh: dressing, nebulization, wound care, injection/venepuncture jika kompeten & diarahkan).
Memberi penerangan asas kepada pesakit berkaitan penjagaan selepas rawatan/ubat (mengikut arahan doktor & SOP).
Memastikan kawalan jangkitan (infection control) dipatuhi: kebersihan tangan, PPE, disinfection, sharps disposal, clinical waste.
B) Front Desk & Patient Journey
Menyambut pesakit (greet & assist), mengurus pendaftaran dan giliran secara teratur.
Mengendalikan panggilan/WhatsApp pertanyaan pesakit dengan sopan dan profesional.
Membantu urusan temujanji, susulan rawatan, dan koordinasi flow pesakit.
Mengurus kaunter bayaran, resit/invois asas, dan memastikan rekod transaksi kemas (jika diperlukan).
Menyusun & mengemaskini rekod pesakit (manual/sistem) dengan teliti dan menjaga kerahsiaan.
C) Operasi Klinik & Inventori
Mengurus stok ubat/peralatan: semakan stok, label, expiry date, dan request pembelian.
Menjaga kebersihan kawasan klinik (ruang menunggu, bilik rawatan, stor) bersama pasukan.
Memastikan semua tugas harian/closing checklist disiapkan mengikut SOP.
Membantu audit dalaman ringkas (stok, expiry, log suhu peti sejuk ubat jika ada).
Kelayakan & Keperluan
Fresh grad Nurse: Diploma/Ijazah Kejururawatan (lebih baik jika ada pendaftaran/kelayakan berkaitan yang diperlukan).
ATAU
Clinic Assistant: Pengalaman ≥ 6 bulan di klinik/healthcare setting (pengalaman clinical procedure adalah bonus).
Mempunyai minat kuat dalam bidang healthcare & patient care.
Boleh bekerja syif (termasuk hujung minggu/cuti umum mengikut jadual).
Berdisiplin, cepat belajar, kemas, dan boleh bekerja dalam pasukan.
Kemahiran komunikasi baik (BM; asas English adalah bonus).
Mahir asas komputer (pendaftaran, sistem klinik/rekod, WhatsApp/telefon).
