Job Description
We are currently seeking a highly motivated and experienced General Manager Leasing to join our team. As the General Manager Leasing, you will be responsible for overseeing the leasing activities of our organization.
Key responsibilities:
- Develop and implement leasing strategies to attract and maintain tenants
- Negotiate lease agreements and terms with potential tenants
- Manage all aspects of lease administration and tenant relations
- Monitor market trends and competitor analysis to identify potential leasing opportunities
- Collaborate with marketing and operations teams to develop marketing campaigns and promotions
The ideal candidate should possess excellent communication and negotiation skills, have a strong understanding of the real estate market, and be able to build and maintain relationships with tenants. Previous experience in a similar role is highly desirable.
