Job Description

Key Responsibilities:

– Report to the Cooperative Board Members.

– Design and implement programs aligning with Core Objectives.

– Oversee Cooperative activities, including budget and auditing.

– Make high-level administrative decisions.

– Ensure compliance with regulations from the Malaysian Cooperative Commission (SKM).

– Administer overall operations including Strategic Planning and Financial Management.

– Facilitate Board and Annual General Meetings.

– Execute tasks assigned by the Board.
