Job Description
Location: Ara Damansara, Petaling Jaya. (Nearby LRT Ara Damansara)
Job Summary: Join Talreso Consultancy & Advisory Sdn. Bhd. as a General Customer Service Representative. Be the first point of contact, providing exceptional service and addressing customer needs.
Responsibilities:
- Respond professionally via phone, email, and chat.
- Resolve issues with empathy and efficiency.
- Maintain accurate records of interactions.
- Assist in developing service policies.
- Stay updated on company updates and products.
Requirements:
- Good English & Mandarin communication.
- SPM leavers and Fresh Graduates welcome. Full Training Provided.
Salary Package:
- Basic: RM3,00
- Allowance: RM700 (RM400 KPI, RM300 Night shift)
Working Hours:
- Rotational shifts (Morning, Afternoon, Night)
- 5 working days, 2 days off
Job Types: Full-time, Permanent
Pay: RM3,00.00 – RM4,00.00 per month
