Job Description
Main Responsibilities:
- Understand, analyze, execute, and be regarded as an expert in managing processes.
- Provide information that contributes to the decision-making process based on system/data analysis.
- Collaborate cross-functionally with sales and procurement departments to deliver results on time, capture and pursue products, and ensure high fulfillment rates for all product categories.
- Support and develop sales processes and strategies.
- Prepare and analyze sales reports.
- Lead/drive and influence problem-solving activities (data collection, root cause analysis, and potential solutions).
- Responsible for inquiries to suppliers via applicable channels, email, or phone.
Job Requirements:
- Candidates must possess at least a Bachelor’s degree in Business Studies/Administration/Management or equivalent.
- This position requires a minimum of 3-4 years of relevant field experience. Fresh graduates are welcome to apply.
- Required language(s): Malay and English. Proficiency in Mandarin would be an additional advantage.
- Background in sales, procurement, and marketing would be an additional advantage.
- In-depth knowledge of Microsoft Excel and Microsoft PowerPoint would be an additional advantage.
- Familiarity with POS systems would be an additional advantage.
