Job Description

Location: Great Mateen Sdn Bhd, Kampung Baru Sungai Buloh, Selangor

Working Hours:

• Monday – Friday: 8:30 AM – 5:30 PM
• Saturday: 8:30 AM – 1:00 PM
• Sunday & Public Holidays: Off

Main Responsibilities:

• Manage company documents and files.
• Assist with daily administrative tasks (stock, invoices, data, etc.).
• Support purchasing operations and customer service.
• Additional tasks as directed by management.

Qualifications:

• Minimum SPM/Diploma (relevant field is an advantage).
• Proficient in basic computer skills (Word, Excel).
• Skilled in SQL and able to manage/input data quickly and accurately.
• Experience in admin roles is a plus.
