IMMEDIATE HIRING

INTAKE 27 AUGUST 2024

Outlet Location: CHAGEE IOI CITY MALL 3.0 (opening in SEPT)

Job Scope:

• Customer Service: Providing friendly service, taking orders, and ensuring customer satisfaction.
• Tea Preparation: Expertly preparing a variety of teas according to customer preferences.
• Menu Knowledge: Understanding tea varieties, flavors, and preparation methods to assist customers.
• Equipment Maintenance: Keeping tea-making equipment clean and in good working order.
• Inventory Management: Monitoring tea supplies and restocking as needed to ensure availability.

Salary:

• Basic salary: RM1,600
• Salary can reach up to RM2,00 to RM2,300
• Monthly Certificate Allowance (starting from the second month of work): RM400
• Monthly Incentive, OT allowance
• Monthly Additional Allowance: RM100 (After Confirmed)
• Salary is paid throughout the training for 2 weeks, on the last day of the month

Qualifications:

• Full time only, temporary work at a nearby outlet
• SPM qualification, own transport encouraged
• Applicants aged between 18 and 35, no work experience required
• Training provided, willingness to relocate and attend HQ training (COMPULSORY)

Working hours: 9am-5.30pm / 2.30pm-11pm (shift)
