Job Description
Position: Full-time only (minimum 8 months)
Requirements:
- Minimum PMR/PT3/SKM qualifications
- Pleasant personality with strong communication skills
- Good interpersonal & follow-up skills
- Outgoing personality with high energy level
- Malaysian citizens only
- Ability to work shifts, weekends, and holidays
- Experience in health/retail pharmacy industry preferred
Maintaining professional customer service standards:
- High customer service standards
- Efficient shop organization and operation
- Stock management
- Cashier duties and promoting Watsons VIP Member Card
