Job Description

This person’s primary responsibility is to coordinate all matters pertaining to the company’s day-to-day packing activities and warehousing matters.

CORE DUTIES & RESPONSIBILITIES

  • To ensure all orders are packed in an efficient manner
  • To ensure customer satisfaction is achieved upon receiving our parcels
  • To ensure errors in packing are minimized
  • To maintain a well-organized and tidy packing station
  • To alert PIC when packaging materials are running low so replenishment can be done.
  • To master SQL and manage stock count as accurately as possible.
  • Track and update daily stock inventory in the warehouse
  • Provide a weekly update on stocks from all brands that are running low
  • Perform Monthly Stock Take
  • Prepare and organize all necessary accounting documents (POs, Dos, Invoice…etc)
  • Receive deliveries and counter check all goods received
  • To ensure goods received are properly warehoused

WORKING CONDITIONS

Mainly in the office. Work will also involve stocks management. The above are core duties and responsibilities, at Oribags, we are a team so you will not be limited to exercising only the tasks above.
