Job Description
Responsibilities:
- Frying Foods: Prepare and cook fried chicken and other fried items to perfection.
- Quality Control: Ensure all fried items are cooked correctly and crispy.
- Timing: Manage cooking times for consistent results.
- Safety: Handle hot oil and fryers safely.
- Cleanliness: Maintain fry station cleanliness and follow regulations.
- Assembling Sandwiches: Prepare sandwiches per recipes and specifications.
- Ingredient Preparation: Slice meats, cheeses, and veggies.
- Portion Control: Maintain consistency in portion sizes.
- Presentation: Present sandwiches attractively and package them correctly.
- Customer Interaction: Occasionally take orders and handle special requests.
Skills Needed:
- Proficiency in frying techniques and cooking knowledge.
- Attention to detail and consistency.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment.
- Good communication skills with kitchen staff.
- Basic culinary and sandwich-making skills.
