Job Description
Job description:
- Perform all check-in and check-out tasks
- Manage online and phone reservations
- Inform customers about payment methods
- Register guests with necessary information
- Welcome and assign rooms to guests
- Provide information about hotel facilities
- Respond to complaints professionally
- Coordinate with housekeeping for guest needs
- Confirm group reservations and VIP services
- Upsell additional services when appropriate
- Maintain booking and payment records
Requirements and skills:
- Experience in front desk roles
- Knowledge of travel planning websites
- Customer service-oriented
- Excellent communication and organizational skills
- Preferably Malaysian aged 20-35 with own transport and valid license
Job Types: Full-time, Permanent
Salary: RM1,800.00 – RM2,00.00 per month
