Job Description
- Greeting and thanking guests warmly
- Checking guests in and out efficiently
- Posting charges accurately
- Handling guest needs and resolving issues
- Assisting guests with disabilities
- Operating the switchboard and handling inquiries
- Assisting with reservations
- Collaborating with other departments for guest satisfaction
- Following company procedures and safety policies
- Completing daily duties checklist
- Proven work experience in a similar role
- Proficient in Microsoft Office
- Professional appearance
- Excellent customer service and communication skills
- Resourceful, proactive, and well-organized
- Ability to multitask and prioritize tasks
- Available for shifts, weekends, and holidays
High School or diploma in tourism and hotel management; additional qualifications are a plus.
