Job Description

– Checking guests in and out.

– Receiving and managing reservations made online and electronically.

– Verifying guests’ payment methods during check-in.

– Assigning rooms to guests and informing them of any specials offered by the hotel.

– Organizing transport services for guests at their request.

– Providing guests with information about the hotel and local attractions.

– Serving as a host at conferences and ensuring all preparations are made.

  • Candidates should have minimum SPM.
  • Certificate in the hospitality industry will be an added advantage.
  • Strong interpersonal & communication skills in English & Bahasa Malaysia.
  • Friendly and helpful disposition with excellent grooming standards.
  • Able to work in shifts and be computer literate.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: RM1,600.00 per month

Schedule: Afternoon shift, Day shift, Night shift

Education: STM/STPM (Preferred)

Experience: Office Assistant – 1 year (Preferred)

Language: Mandarin (Preferred), Bahasa (Preferred)
