Job Description

• Checking guests in and out
• Receiving & managing reservations made online and telephonically
• Verifying guests’ payment method during check-in
• Assigning rooms to guests and informing them of any special offers by the hotel
• Organizing transport services for guests upon request
• Providing guests with information about the hotel

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent

Salary: RM1,500.00 – RM2,300.00 per month
