Job Description

We at ALAMI GARDEN HOTEL are seeking a Front Office Assistant to join our team. The ideal candidate will assist with reception duties and general administration while ensuring exceptional service to our guests.

Your responsibilities will include:

Assisting in Front Office reception and administration.
Engaging positively with guests and fellow staff members.
Handling ABS 5.0 Cloud reservations and welcoming guests.
Managing incoming emails and OTA reservations.
Monitoring room occupancy and rate changes.

Job Type: Full-time | Pay: RM1,800/month | Benefits: Maternity leave, meal allowance

Location: Shah Alam (In person)
