Job Description:
- Responsible for manning the front office – greeting visitors/clients, answering calls, and responding to emails. Prepare documents such as presentations, letters, and memos.
- Oversee and support all administrative duties in the office, including arranging couriers and filing.
- Coordinate and manage meetings, appointments, and conference room bookings.
- Maintain office supplies inventory and place orders when required.
- Oversee the maintenance of office facilities and equipment.
- Keep the reception area tidy.
- Perform other relevant duties as needed.
Job Requirement:
- Candidate must possess at least a Bachelor’s Degree, Post Graduates Diploma, or Diploma in Business Administration or equivalent.
- Minimum of 3 years working experience in a similar role.
- Ability to work effectively in fast-paced, deadline-driven environments both as a team member and independently with minimum supervision.
- Strong organizational skills and ability to handle multiple tasks.
- Fluent in Bahasa Malaysia and English.
- Proficiency in MS Office, Google Docs, etc.
