Job Description
Are you a people-oriented individual with excellent communication skills? We are currently looking for a Front of House Assistant to join our team. As a Front of House Assistant, you will be the first point of contact for our customers, providing exceptional customer service and ensuring their overall satisfaction.
Your responsibilities will include greeting and directing customers, managing reservations, and assisting with seating arrangements. You will also be responsible for answering phone calls, taking messages, and handling customer queries and complaints in a professional and timely manner.
Excellent organization skills and the ability to multitask are essential for this role. You should also have a friendly and outgoing personality, as well as the ability to work well under pressure. Experience in a similar front-facing role would be advantageous.
