Your responsibilities will include:
- Supporting the management of the Front Office Team.
- Monitoring and aiding progress towards guest services and receptionist goals.
- Demonstrating excellent public relations and guest service skills.
- Exhibiting strong communication skills in Malay and English.
- Mastering problem-solving skills.
- Implementing front office policies and procedures (SOPs).
- Ensuring speedy telephone and message service at the front desk at all times.
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: RM1,500.00 – RM2,200.00 per month
