Job Description
Thai Odyssey Management Services Sdn. Bhd. is looking for a professional Front Desk staff member. Key responsibilities include managing calls, scheduling appointments, handling customer bookings, and promoting massage packages. You will address customer complaints and maintain a clean front desk area.
Requirements: Minimum SPM qualification, availability to work 5 days a week (including weekends), and experience in hotel front desk roles preferred. Strong communication skills in English and Malay are essential.
Salary: RM1,500.00 – RM2,300.00/month with benefits like dental insurance and career growth opportunities.
