Job Description

Join Thai Odyssey Management Services Sdn. Bhd. as a Front Desk staff. Your primary responsibilities will include managing incoming/outgoing calls and customer interactions, scheduling therapist appointments, promoting massage packages, and handling customer inquiries and complaints. You will also maintain the cleanliness of the front desk area, manage cash transactions, and assist with administrative tasks.
