Job Description
Handle incoming and outgoing calls and walk-in customers professionally.
Schedule therapist massage sequences and therapist working schedules.
Arrange customers’ bookings.
Promote massage packages and products to customers to generate sales and achieve sales targets.
Handle customer complaints with care and professionalism.
Maintain cleanliness of front desk counter and outlets.
Assist the company in handling outlet administration tasks.
Handle cash, sales transactions, and ensure accurate daily sales records.
Responsible for stock inventory and accurate stock records.
Undertake any other duties as may be required from time to time.
