Job Description
We are a rehabilitation centre providing healthcare services for spine and joint diseases. Join our team as a Front Desk Executive to handle enquiries, patient registrations, and office operations.
Responsibilities and Duties:
- Handle enquiries and welcome visitors
- Manage patient registrations and appointments
- Maintain filing systems and assist in report preparation
- Handle invoicing, payments, and uphold confidentiality
Qualifications and Skills:
- Diploma/Bachelor’s degree
- Fluent in English; Malay/Mandarin optional
- Good interpersonal skills and basic computer knowledge
- Attention to detail and pleasant demeanor
On-the-job training provided. Full-time position with RM2,00.00 – 3,00.00 monthly pay, including benefits and bonuses.
