Job Description
Join TWY Search International (M) Sdn Bhd as a Front Desk Customer Service representative. Manage front office operations including cashier duties and backend support like bank reconciliation. Exceptional customer service is necessary as you will handle inbound calls and inquiries via email and WhatsApp, while promoting our products through telesales.
A minimum Diploma/Degree and at least 1 year of customer service experience is required. Attention to detail is crucial for cash transactions.
