Job Description
We are excited to offer a position in JEV Management & Trading for a Front Desk Customer Service Representative. In this role, you will:
- Warmly greet guests and manage appointments efficiently.
- Handle inquiries and recommend services, turning first-time visitors into loyal clients.
- Maintain a pristine reception area and assist with administrative tasks.
- Collaborate with stylists to enhance client experiences.
We seek polished, proactive individuals with a detail-oriented mindset and a passion for beauty trends. Fluency in English and Bahasa Malaysia is required.
Job Type: Full-time, Permanent | Pay: RM2,500 – RM3,00/month
