Job Description
We are a chiropractic center providing care for spine and joint diseases. We are looking for a front desk executive to join our team to assist with the operations.
Responsibilities:
- Handle incoming inquiries via phone calls and text messages promptly
- Welcome and assist visitors and patients
- Handle new patient registrations
- Organize schedules and appointments
- Organize and maintain a good filing system for smooth and quick data recovery
- Manage and maintain the center’s facilities and office supplies
- Assist in the preparation of reports
- Handle invoicing and collection of payments
- Maintain and ensure strict confidentiality in all areas of work
- Able to travel or work in Jaya One & Damansara Utama
- Willing to work on weekends
- Must have own transport
