Job Description
Responsibilities:
- Welcoming and assisting patients in a friendly and professional manner
- Provide basic and accurate treatment information in-person and via phone/email
- Respond to online (social media) queries, comments, etc
- To coordinate workflow by managing appointment schedules, follow-ups, and manage internal team’s monthly roster
- Handles cash, sales, transactions, and ensure accurate daily sales record
- Handle administrative tasks such as filing, data entry, record keeping, minute writing and distribution of items to internal colleagues
- Set up meeting room for all meetings and assist in event management
- Ensure reception area is tidy and presentable
- Manage inventories and stock keeping
- Scheduling of office maintenance service
Job Types: Full-time, Fresh graduate
Salary: RM2,400.00 per month
