Job Description
We are seeking a motivated and friendly Front Desk & Admin Executive to join our team. In this role, you will be the first point of contact for our clients, providing excellent customer service and administrative support.
Your responsibilities will include managing phone calls, scheduling appointments, and maintaining a welcoming environment. Additionally, you will handle administrative tasks such as maintaining records and assisting with daily operations.
The ideal candidate should have strong communication skills, be proficient in office software, and possess a positive attitude. Prior experience in a similar role is preferred but not mandatory.
