About the Opportunity:
Our client, Abhidi Solution Private Limited, is looking to collaborate with talented people for the position: Fresher Mandarin Speaker – Customer Service.
Type: Contract with Client
Work Location: Cyberjaya, Malaysia
Mode: Work from Office
Shift: Night Shift (9PM to 6AM OR 10PM to 7AM)
Working Days: Monday to Friday (Saturday – Sunday Fixed off)
Knowledge, Skills, and Abilities:
- Ability to operate competently common office equipment including, but not limited to computer, fax, copier, and telephone system.
- Able to handle and translate Customer’s queries.
- Basic understanding of linguistics and different cultures.
- Skilled in adjusting to rapidly changing circumstances.
- Ability to react calmly and effectively in emergency situations.
- Strong attention to detail and accuracy.
- Ability to work independently and skilled at exercising initiative within the parameter of company policies and procedures.
- Proficiency in MS Office applications such as Outlook, Word, and Edge (or other internet browser).
