Job Description
A Customer Support Translator who is proficient in Mandarin or Cantonese typically has a crucial role in bridging the language gap between the company and its Mandarin or Cantonese-speaking customers. Provides meaning-for-meaning interpreting and follows interpreter protocols as per training, policies, and procedures. This position also requires maintaining confidentiality and attending all required training.
The ideal candidate should have the ability to operate common office equipment, handle and translate customer queries, and have a basic understanding of linguistics and different cultures. Strong attention to detail and accuracy, the ability to work independently, and use of MS Office applications such as Outlook, Word, and Edge (or other internet browser) are necessary.
This is a contract position with a salary range of RM4,00.00 – RM6,00.00 per month. The working schedule is Monday to Friday on night shifts.
