Job Description:
- Role: Customer Service Agent
- Work Location: Ara Damansara, Petaling Jaya
- Language Required: Malay+English
- Job Type: Contract
- Salary: up to RM 200+400 fix allowance+500 KPI
Requirements:
- Minimum SPM Needed.
- Freshers can apply.
- Handling all inbound calls pertaining to customer general enquiries, complaints, comments, feedbacks and other raising issues related to the company’s products.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
