Job Description
To perform daily quality check and maintain inventory levels, order stock, receive deliveries, and note discrepancies.
To monitor daily sales trends and pricing strategies.
To ensure selling floor stocking produce and rotating fresh fruit and vegetables.
To ensure that all product freshness, food safety, storage, refrigeration, and sanitation standards are met.
To ensure that the team is effectively resourced, directed, motivated, and developed, enabling them to reach their full potential for both individual and company benefit.
