Job Description
We are currently seeking a highly motivated and experienced Freight Forwarding Officer-Exports to join our dynamic team. As a Freight Forwarding Officer-Exports, you will be responsible for overseeing and managing all aspects of the export process.
Your key responsibilities will include:
- Coordinating shipments with various carriers and ensuring timely delivery
- Preparing export documentation, including invoices, packing lists, and customs documents
- Communicating with customers, suppliers, and internal stakeholders to ensure smooth operations
- Managing freight rates, negotiating contracts, and optimizing costs
- Ensuring compliance with international trade regulations and customs requirements
- Tracking shipments and providing regular updates to stakeholders
To excel in this role, you should have a strong understanding of export processes, excellent organizational skills, and the ability to multitask effectively.
