Job Description
We are currently seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented individual to join our team as a Freight Forwarding Administrator in our International logistics department. As a Freight Forwarding Administrator, your main responsibility will be to ensure smooth and efficient transportation of goods across international borders.
In this role, you will be responsible for processing and coordinating all documentation related to logistics operations, such as customs declaration, export/import paperwork, and compliance requirements. You will work closely with carriers, suppliers, and customers to ensure timely shipment of goods, resolve any issues that may arise during transportation, and track shipments to ensure they reach their destination on time.
To succeed in this position, you should have excellent communication skills, strong attention to detail, and the ability to work under pressure. Previous experience in freight forwarding or international logistics is preferred.
