Job Description
Responsibilities:
- Identifying candidates using creative and innovative recruiting techniques
- Partnering with managers/consultants or clients to identify and understand key requirements and build a comprehensive recruiting strategy
- Managing and executing full life-cycle recruitment.
- Proactive high-level sourcing, such as Linkedin and Boolean searches, and finding passive candidates through multifaceted internet searches and networking
- Managing the recruitment process and applicants in our Recruitment system
Requirements:
- Bachelor degree/diploma of any field
- Minimum 2 years experience in recruitment
- Excellent communications and interpersonal skills
- Positive and outgoing personality
- Enjoy working in a team environment or WFM

Job Types: Full-time, Part-time, Permanent, Freelance
Salary: RM3,00.00 – RM30,00.00 per month
Expected hours: 80 per week
