Job Description
As a Fraud Operation Analyst, you will play a critical role in our company’s fraud prevention efforts. Your primary responsibility will be to monitor and identify potential fraudulent activities in our systems and transactions. You will analyze large volumes of data and investigate suspicious activities to detect and prevent fraud attempts.
Key responsibilities:
- Review and analyze transactional data for signs of fraud
- Investigate suspicious activities and take appropriate actions to prevent fraudulent activities
- Develop and implement fraud detection strategies and tools
- Coordinate with cross-functional teams to enhance fraud prevention measures
- Maintain accurate documentation and reports related to fraud incidents
Requirements:
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
- Ability to work with large datasets and perform data analysis
- Knowledge of fraud detection techniques and tools
- Excellent attention to detail
- Strong communication and collaboration skills
